Hitman

Nothing personal. Just business.

Hitman — The Professional

They killed someone once. By accident. Or in self-defense. Or because they had to—the details blur after enough years.

It was easier than expected.

The second time was for money.

The Story

In Ironhaven, grudges are settled with cash and bullets. When someone needs a problem to disappear permanently, they find a professional.

The Hitman takes contracts. No questions. No witnesses. No loose ends.

Clean kills only. Professional rates. Satisfaction guaranteed—or the target wasn't really dead.

They work alone. No partners, no crews, no one who might talk when the pressure rises. The job is simple: receive a name, receive a location, make someone stop breathing. The money arrives in untraceable installments. The body disappears. Life continues.

In this business, retirement comes with a bullet or a prison cell. Every job could be the last—either because they walk away with enough money to stop, or because they don't walk away at all.

They tell themselves it's "just business." Names don't matter. Reasons don't matter. Only the job.

But the job came from someone familiar this time. And the target is someone they know.

[!CAUTION] The Contract It's personal this time. The client knows too much. The target knows too much. Whatever happens next, nothing will be "just business" again.

What Drives Them

They want enough money to stop. One last contract. Then freedom—somewhere warm, somewhere quiet, somewhere the past can't follow.

What they need to confront: there is no "just business" when you take lives. There is no clean exit from this profession. And the people they've killed don't stay buried.

Roleplay Hooks

The Contract

Accept a hit. Plan the approach. Execute cleanly—or don't.

The Mark

The target knows they're being hunted. They're running.

The Past

Someone from a previous job survived. They're looking for answers—or revenge.
