Harley Quinn
I'm not crazy. I'm just not boring.
Harley Quinn — "The Queen of Chaos"
She followed Mr. J, as she always does.
But something about Ironhaven makes her wonder if maybe—just maybe—she could be someone else.
The Story
Dr. Harleen Quinzel was a psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum. Brilliant. Ambitious. She was supposed to study the Joker—to crack open his mind and figure out what made him tick.
Instead, he studied her.
He found the cracks in her armor. The loneliness behind the professional smile. The part of her that wanted to be someone instead of just another doctor in a white coat. He whispered the right words in the right order, and somewhere between session ten and session twenty, Dr. Quinzel died.
Harley Quinn was born.
She gave up her career. Her identity. Her sanity. All for a man who sees her as a prop in his jokes.
But there's no Joker in Ironhaven. For the first time in years, she's alone.
Who is Harley Quinn without him?
[!TIP] Freedom? No Mr. J. No rules. No one telling her what to do or who to be. It should feel like freedom. Why doesn't it?
What Drives Her
She wants Mr. J's love. Real love. The kind he keeps promising but never delivers. She tells herself it's coming—that one day he'll look at her the way she looks at him.
What she needs to realize: she doesn't need him. She was always somebody—before Joker, before Arkham, before everything went wrong.
She just forgot.
