Crimson
Railguns grafted to her spine. Doesn't remember being human.
Crimson — "MAIDEN-07"
She woke up in a burning laboratory with no memories.
Weapon systems already online. Bodies around her. Fire eating through the walls. The facility belonged to Prometheus Arms—a Haven Steel subsidiary that officially never existed. The fire was meant to destroy the evidence.
She was the evidence.
The Story
The only things she knows for certain: her designation (MAIDEN-07), her combat parameters, and the fact that there were six prototypes before her.
She walked out of the burning facility carrying enough firepower to level a city block. The railguns are grafted to her spine—black and crimson, humming with power she doesn't fully understand. The eyepatch covers targeting hardware that still tries to feed her kill orders.
Someone programmed her to eliminate specific people. Faces flash in her HUD—locations, elimination protocols, mission parameters. Were they enemies? Innocents? She doesn't want to know.
But the compulsion to complete the mission keeps surfacing.
[!IMPORTANT] Prometheus Arms A black-budget weapons division of Haven Steel Holdings, officially dissolved in 2019. Their specialty: human-weapon integration systems. The MAIDEN project was their crown jewel—eight prototypes designed to be walking artillery platforms. When the funding dried up, someone ordered the lab burned. MAIDEN-07 was the only unit to walk out. The other seven are listed as "terminated."
She doesn't believe that.
What Drives Her
Mercenary work keeps her functional. If she's going to be a weapon, she'll choose her own targets. Every contract is a small act of defiance—proof that she's more than programming.
The money goes toward maintenance. Railgun coolant isn't cheap.
What she wants is to find the other MAIDENs. Prototypes 01 through 06. If they survived, they might have answers. If they didn't survive, she needs to know why she did.
What she needs is harder: to build an identity beyond the designation. "MAIDEN-07" is a serial number, not a person. But she doesn't know how to be anything else.
She found a signal. A Prometheus Arms emergency beacon, still transmitting from somewhere in the Sewers. Something down there is still active.
Something—or someone.

Roleplay Hooks
The Beacon
Something in the Sewers is transmitting on Prometheus frequencies. She needs to find it before Haven Steel does.
The Targeting List
Faces keep appearing in her HUD. Elimination targets. Some of them are still alive in Ironhaven. Does she complete the mission—or warn them?
The Sister
Rumors of another "robot girl" in the city. Another MAIDEN? A different project entirely? Or a trap?
