Money Printers
Passive income through money printing
Money Printers
Money printers are the classic DarkRP passive income method. Buy a printer, place it in your base, keep it maintained, and collect the cash.
Perfect for Beginners
Printers are the easiest way to make money. They require minimal interaction and help you learn the basics of base ownership.
How Printers Work
Buy a printer from the F4 menu under Entities
Place it in your base — keep it hidden and protected
Turn it on using the touchscreen interface (Press E)
Maintain it — recharge the battery and repair damage as needed
Collect your money when the storage fills up
The Printer Interface
When you press E on a printer, you'll see a touchscreen with several options:
| Button | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Power | Toggle the printer on/off |
| Withdraw | Collect accumulated money |
| Recharge | Refill the battery (costs money) |
| Repair | Fix damage to the printer (costs money) |
| Upgrades | Improve your printer's performance |
Printer Tiers
Different printer tiers have different performance levels. Higher tiers produce more money but cost more to buy.
VIP Printers
Some high-tier printers are exclusive to VIP ranks. Check the F4 menu to see what's available to you.
Upgrades
You can upgrade your printers to improve their performance:
| Upgrade | Effect |
|---|---|
| Overclocking | Increases money generation speed |
| Storage | Holds more money before collection needed |
| Noise Reduction | Makes the printer quieter (harder to find) |
| Damage Resistance | Printer takes less damage |
| Notifications | Alerts you when printer needs attention |
Printer Racks
Racks let you consolidate multiple printers into one structure.
Buy a rack from the F4 menu
Place it in your base
Slot printers in by touching them to the rack
Manage all printers from the rack's side screen
Rack Features
- Hold up to 8 printers in one rack
- Withdraw from all printers at once
