Lean Production
Lean is a drug production job with a physical brewing process. Mix ingredients in a barrel, shake or wait for it to mix, fill cups, and sell to the buyer.

Lean production is illegal. Police can raid your base. Build somewhere secure.

The Production Process
Adding Ingredients
Place your Barrel — Find a secure spot
Press E on the barrel — Opens the ingredient menu
Buy all 4 ingredients — Sprite, Codeine, Jolly Ranchers, and Ice
Fill to the required amounts — Check the UI for how much you need
Ingredients Required:
- Sprite — The base liquid
- Codeine — The active ingredient
- Jolly Ranchers — For flavor
- Ice — Keeps it cold
You must fill ALL ingredients before mixing can start. Partial batches won't work.
Mixing the Batch
Once ingredients are in, the barrel closes and you have two options depending on server config:
Manual Shake Mode:
- Pick up the barrel with your physgun
- Shake it violently — swing it around fast
- The barrel makes a "ping" sound with each successful shake
- Keep shaking until mixing is complete
Timer Mode:
- Press E on the barrel to start the mixing timer
- Just wait — no physical interaction needed
In manual mode, you need to swing FAST. Gentle movements don't register as shakes.
Harvesting Your Lean
Barrel opens — Visual change shows the liquid is ready
Buy Cups — Get empty cups from the F4 menu
Touch cups to the barrel — Use physgun to move empty cups to the barrel
Cups fill automatically — They change appearance when full
The barrel produces a fixed number of cups per batch. You can't over-extract.
Selling Your Product
Option A: Use Crates
Touch filled cups to a Crate — Cups are absorbed into the crate
Carry the crate to the Lean Buyer NPC — or use The Broker on KORDU servers
Press E on the NPC — Crate is sold, money is given
Option B: Pocket Sell (if enabled)
- Press E on the crate to absorb cups into your virtual inventory
- Walk to the Buyer NPC and press E to sell what you're carrying
