Prop Protection 2.0

Complete rewrite of how staff and players interact with props and entities.

• Staff spawn controls — Rank-based spawning for props, entities, vehicles, NPCs
• Right-click permissions — Quick allow/block options when right-clicking items in Q menu
• Crash protection — Automatic detection and blocking of physics exploits
• Context menu — Right-click entities for quick permission changes

Raiding Changes

• PD Raid required — Government building doors now require an active PD Raid to lockpick
• Vault robbery — Mayor vault requires PD Raid
• Money laundering — Bank NPC requires active Bank or PD Raid

Wealth Display

• Tax rates visible — Wealth zone pillars now show current tax rate
• Broadcast updates — Wealth status updates every 60 seconds

Other Fixes

• Printer protection — Only owners and buddies can withdraw (raiders can during active raids)
