Raid Permission Fix

Fixed an issue where VIP/MVP/Premium jobs with raid permissions couldn't actually raid.

• Raid button now works — Jobs with raid enabled in their rules can raid properly
• Menu fixed — The raid option now shows correctly for all jobs that should have it
