Printer Rack Fixes

Fixed several issues with printer racks that caused errors when withdrawing or interacting with printers.

• Upgrade button added — You can now upgrade printer tiers directly from the rack slot view
• Display sync fixed — Printer tier name and color now update immediately after upgrading
• Withdrawal errors fixed — Resolved errors when trying to withdraw from certain racks
